Boxercise is an invigorating fitness class inspired by boxing training. It combines elements of boxing techniques with aerobic activities to create a dynamic and engaging workout. Here’s what you need to know: The concept of Boxercise is based on the training methods used by boxers to keep fit. However, unlike competitive boxing, it does not involve sparring or competitive bouts. Instead, it focuses on a variety of exercises that mimic boxing movements.
